The Epsilon Sigma Chapter, located at the Georgia Institute of Technology, has been active for over 60 years and seen over 1000 brothers. With our alumni working at some of the most profitable companies in the world, we prepare our brothers for future success, both personally and professionally. We build a community that is guided by our principles of brotherhood, unity, service, integrity, and knowledge.
Welcome to the Alpha Kappa Psi (AKPsi) Epsilon Sigma Chapter at Georgia Tech! We’re glad you’re here and excited to introduce you to our professional and social fraternity. For over six decades, our chapter has brought students together to grow as professionals, leaders, and friends, guided by our core values of brotherhood, unity, service, integrity, and knowledge.
Epsilon Sigma is home to students from the Scheller College of Business, College of Computing, College of Engineering, College of Sciences, and beyond. Our diversity of majors, backgrounds, and ambitions strengthens our brotherhood. By learning alongside people with different perspectives, our Brothers discover new interests, share their strengths, and build connections that extend well beyond their academic disciplines.
Through professional development events, mentorship, and opportunities to lead, AKPsi helps Brothers build skills that serve them throughout college and beyond. Our members contribute to research labs, startups, cultural organizations, and student groups across Georgia Tech. Our alumni carry that experience into their industries and graduate studies, returning to share their knowledge and support the next generation of Brothers.
At the heart of AKPsi is a commitment to one another and to the communities we serve. We give back through service, campus involvement, and mentorship, both within our chapter and beyond it.
With over 100 Brothers and an extensive alumni network, Epsilon Sigma remains a close-knit community built on shared experiences, open-mindedness, and lasting friendships. When you join AKPsi, you become a Brother for life, part of a community that supports you well beyond your years at Georgia Tech.
Having been part of AKPsi throughout all four years of my Georgia Tech experience, I’ve seen how much this community can shape someone’s growth. As a Biomedical Engineering major, I’ve especially valued learning from Brothers across different fields while developing my own communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Just as meaningful are the friendships and support that have made AKPsi such an important part of my college experience.
As Chapter President, I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to the organization that has given me so much. My hope is that every Brother finds a place to grow, contribute, and feel supported—and carries that spirit into the diverse communities they’re part of.
I invite you to explore our chapter, meet our Brothers, and discover what AKPsi could mean for you. We look forward to getting to know you! Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Gianna Athavale, 2026-27 President
